RGB developed a modern, user-friendly website for Hamilton’s Reserve, a master association community of 213 single-family homes nestled in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida. With an even split between owners and renters, and shared amenities including a pool, tennis courts, restrooms, and sidewalks, the association needed a website that would serve both residents, tenants, and board members effectively. The primary goal was to ensure compliance with Florida Statute 720, which outlines digital transparency and access requirements for HOAs, while also giving the association greater control over its digital presence and assets.

The new website includes a secure portal for homeowners to view community updates, access important documents, and stay informed about events and announcements. Board members can easily manage content and communicate directly with residents through the site’s simple WordPress dashboard. Built with mobile-responsive design, consistent branding, and local imagery, the site not only functions as an essential communication tool but also highlights the lifestyle and amenities Hamilton’s Reserve offers—serving as a strong online representation for this peaceful retreat of a community.
