If you reset your password for your webmail you must update your mail client, such as MacMail, Outlook or iPhone to match.

All passwords must be at least 8 characters long and meet at least 3 of the following requirements:

– At least one lowercase
– At least one uppercase character
– At least one number
– At least one special character (!,$,#,&, etc)

How Can I Learn More About Making Updates to My Website?

RGB provides our clients with training on their websites – if we built your website contact us to schedule a training. You can also visit https://learn.wordpress.org/ and https://wpbakery.com/video-tutorials/ to learn more on your own.

Someone sent me a letter saying my domain is expired - what do I do?

This type of letter is typically a solicitation/scam. If you have received this type of letter or email please contact us – we can confirm the domain expiration and registrar for you.

Can I check if Services Are down?

You can use downdetector.com to check on the status of many popular web services and systems such as AWS, phone services, and major companies. Shopify, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Cloudflare, AWS, GoDaddy, Xfinity, T-Mobile, Facebook, Verizon, Comcast, and Yahoo Mail.
