Built in 1999, St. Croix is part of the five-building Silver Shells community in Destin, Florida, offering 435 units and a wide range of amenities with stunning coastal views for both owners and rental guests.
When RGB began the website project, our focus was on helping the St. Croix Sub-Association better serve residents, guests, and owners by creating a site that was both informative and easy to manage. A top priority was ensuring the website met the State of Florida’s legal requirements for condominium association websites. To achieve this, we integrated a searchable document manager, resident dashboards, scheduled news and announcements, and automated email notifications—all built on a user-friendly platform that the Association can easily maintain.
Once the functionality was in place, we completed the project by applying St. Croix’s existing branding and professional photography, resulting in a website that is not only functional and compliant, but visually polished and reflective of the community’s high standards.
