Investing in strategic planning sessions ensures a thorough, well articulated plan or “Project Charter” designed to provide our clients with confidence on how the goals of the project will be accomplished. It is intended to eliminate many unknowns and identify details, roles, requirements and schedule. In the end it will provide a level playing field for apple to apple estimating.
RGB has perfected the art of web development planning process.  Many clients have greatly benefited from strategic planning with our team.

How to Prepare

All you need to do is reserve the time to meet with us. RGB will set up a series of back-to-back meetings. Each meeting is typically 2 hours and will include a detailed agenda of topics we will address. If there is anything we need from our clients it will be discussed. As the planning meetings progress, so does the strategy for a successful outcome.

What to Expect

Planning sessions are scheduled in two-hour blocks. Each meeting will have a specific agenda. Prior to the start of each meeting, a quick review of the previous meeting will take place. At the end of the meetings, RGB will deliver a written Project Charter that includes a comprehensive outline of features, services, navigation/page content, schedule, and a cost payment plan.
