Ray Foundation, Inc. supports local and national educational organizations that have a focus on aviation to develop life skills such as work ethic, self-confidence and self-discipline in young adults. The custom logo design developed features a Piper Cub airplane climbing up after takeoff as a homage to the organization’s founders, WWII veteran James C. Ray and his wife, Joan. The fonts selected are traditional, yet clean, and the primary font reminiscent of the military field. The colors of the sunrise emphasize the bright future of recipient students who apply the life skills learned to pursue their dreams.
