RGB designed and developed a new community-focused website for Frank Estates, a well-established residential neighborhood in Seminole, Florida. As a self-managed homeowners association, the primary goal of the project was to create a user-friendly, professional, and fully compliant website that aligns with Florida statute requirements for HOA communities.
To support both functionality and ease of use, RGB designed a mainstream WordPress site featuring a searchable document manager and a private resident login area with access to news, updates, events, and resident-specific documents. An additional private Board Member area was added to allow members of the board to share confidential documents and notices securely.
To further elevate the community’s presence, the website highlights Frank Estates’ location within Pinellas County by showcasing nearby amenities such as parks, beaches, dining, and shopping. The site’s design incorporates consistent branding, Florida-inspired imagery, and a responsive layout that adapts across all devices—creating a cohesive and inviting online experience.
