As the founder of RGB in an industry that changes by the minute, the one thing that remains constant is the respect and admiration Gabrielle has for our clients and the RGB team, as well as their accomplishments.
Gabrielle works to ensure a respectful relationship with clients and web services tailored to the goals of each client.

Gabrielle was born in Garden City, New York. She grew up across the Midwest as a young girl in Kirkwood, Missouri, and as a teenager and young adult in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She started her career as a graphic designer for a manufacturing company in the gift industry. Gabrielle has a strong love for nature, which led her and her husband, William, to relocate to Naples, Florida, in 1991, and spend their summers in a small town in South Carolina.

Meet Justine
Justine Lavoie: Development Director | RGB Internet Systems
Justine Lavoie
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Justine has been an RGB team member since 2013. Her key initiatives include enhancing and expanding RGB’s web development expertise, staying up to date with website and server security, and ensuring a high level of integrity is present in all aspects of RGB. She plays a lead role in all RGB custom development projects.
Justine is responsible for RGB’s development processes and provides key insight and strategic direction in the many technical facets of web design, development and hosting.
She is a graduate of Florida State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Fine Art with a focus on printmaking and digital art. She leapt into a web design career soon after graduating and has found a true passion for learning about and using web design best practices to help RGB’s client’s reach their goals. Hobbies include digital illustration, playing video games, reading, nature, and going to the gym.

Meet Robyn
Robyn Grimaldi: Director of Accounts & Services | RGB Internet Systems
Robyn Grimaldi
DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS & SERVICES
Robyn is responsible for the management of accounts and services at RGB. She helps to create an atmosphere that fosters successful service for clients and team members. Robyn plays a major role in the assignment and hand-off of new projects to the development team and assists in the development of marketing and advertising strategies.
Robyn enjoys participating in the development and implementation of new company initiatives, recruiting new RGB team members, special projects, and more!
Robyn was born and raised in Maryland and is a graduate of RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) College of Imaging Arts and Sciences, with a BS in New Media Publishing. She moved to Florida in 2011 and began her career at RGB as a designer in 2011. Robyn is mom to two dogs and enjoys cooking for her family on the weekends.

Alexa Taddeo
SALES & PRODUCTION MANAGER
Alexa is RGB's Sales & Production Manager and has been a team member since 2016. Alexa works closely with clients and the RGB team to ensure each website’s design and functionality meets the business or organization's needs.
Alexa directs the creation of compelling visual websites and intuitive user experiences for a diverse range of RGB Clients. From planning to execution, Alexa is always eager to explore innovative website design trends.
Alexa relocated to Florida from New Jersey in 2007 and received her Associates in Graphic Design from Southern Technical College in 2010. In her free time, Alexa enjoys traveling, creating her own graphic tees, catching up on the latest reality TV, all things Disney and spending time with her friends and family.

Chandra Hoppe
SENIOR WEB DESIGNER
Chandra has played an integral role in the advancement of many RGB initiatives including our SEO, Content Writing and Marketing Programs. Currently she can be found building WordPress websites with a focus on intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, call to actions and conversion success.
Chandra works with our clients to build modern websites that look great and achieve client goals.
Chandra received her Liberal Arts Degree from St. Clair County Community College and attended Eastern Michigan University with a focus on creative writing and literature. As a web designer, she is responsible for creating concise, high-quality websites that help with online growth for our clients.

Carolyn joined our team in 2024, she plays a key role in helping the entire team with tasks and special projects.
Carolyn was born in New York City, but was raised in Naples, Florida. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media, specifically in the Web and Social Platforms track, with a Minor in Cinema Studies from University of Central Florida.
During her free time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, and trying out new recipes to cook. She also enjoys scuba diving and being outdoors.

Belle Runza

Belle joined our team in 2023, quickly becoming an essential contributor to special projects, particularly in SEO and content writing. By 2025, she had fully transitioned into her role as a web designer, bringing her creativity and technical skills to the forefront.
Belle received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, where she received a degree in Advertising, a cognate in Event Management, and a concentration in Sports Media.
Belle was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She first joined our team as an SEO content writing intern. After graduating, she relocated and joined our team full-time in 2025 as a web designer. During her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, playing pickleball, and watching reality TV. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on the Gamecocks!

Debbie brings over 30 years’ experience in leadership and project management to the RGB Team. She is responsible for planning and managing Google and Microsoft digital advertising campaigns for RGB clients.
Debbie ensures the top results for our clients based on industry best practices.
Debbie guided the RGB Team’s achievement of a Blue Zones Project Approved Worksite and continues to encourage wellness and supports a sense of community and friendship at work.
Debbie and her family were originally from Potomac, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D. C. Eleven years ago when her husband retired and her daughters were finishing college, they relocated to the paradise of Naples, Florida. Fun activities Debbie enjoys: yoga, hiking, traveling, reading, volunteering and family healthy cooking.
