Phase 1: Free Consultation

Our web design services start with a no-cost consultation. If you are interested in our services you can call us a (239) 403-9966 M-F 9AM-5PM or fill out the contact form on this page to schedule an initial one-hour in-person or virtual consultation.

Phase 2: Website Design

The website design process will start with a project kickoff meeting to meet your dedicated website designer. Together, you’ll discuss assets needed and review the proposal, navigational plan and goals. Your designer will be available to answer questions and discuss ideas throughout the design process.

Project Kickoff

Meet your web designer and review the project charter and client checklist (Within 1 week of project acceptance)

Design Begins

Your designer begins the build of key pages and elements. This timeline is often based on receipt of content items from client and project complexity (3-4 weeks)

Website Review

In-person or virtual meetings with your web designer to review the website design

Client Review Period

You will have time to review the website and give RGB changes to implement before the website is finalized (1 week)

Website Launch

Once changes are implemented and approval received, a date is scheduled to launch your new website (Average 1 month from project accept)

Phase 3: Training, Hosting and Ongoing Support

After your website is launched, RGB provides hosting, training, and fully managed support to give teams everything they need to keep the website up to date.

Hosting – RGB holds a fully managed contract for website hosting services through Liquid Web. There are no hosting or term contracts, and clients may cancel services at any time. Website hosting includes:

Registered SSL certificate for domains and secure transmission of user data
Daily website backups
24/7 malware scanning

Ongoing Support – RGB provides ongoing support for all website clients to help them keep their website updated and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The RGB team is available by telephone, email or in-person Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm EST with emergency support after hours. RGB support extends beyond your website. Questions about suspicious emails, third-party inquiries, or ready to grow your website? RGB is a steward to our clients and takes great pride in ongoing support.
