Job Description:

Department: Development (Web) Team

RGB is seeking a web designer to join our Team. We are interviewing candidates with experience in frontend WordPress website design. Must have strong portfolio of recent work in the web design field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Work on WordPress website design projects from start to finish
  • Create, edit and enhance web content using WordPress
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with other members of the RGB Team
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years paid / professional experience with WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Experience and must show examples of competence working with Visual Composer Page Builder.
  • Minimum 3 years paid / professional experience and must show examples of using HTML, CSS and mobile responsive design practices
  • Strong organization, work ethic and open and friendly attitude
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience using a CRM Project Management system to track projects, client requests, internal communications, etc.
  • Understanding of website hosting and server management
  • Graphic Design background
  • Understanding of SEO techniques
  • Understanding of site speed optimization
  • Previous experience working in an agency/company setting
  • Bilingual or Multilingual
